Thanks to our team’s unfailing dedication for first class service, Vizion was proudly recognised as Personal Lines Broker of the Year at the National Insurance Awards, 2020.
In the wake of watching the service of many brokers deteriorate, building Vizion based on the values of customer care and honesty was a dream that has successfully come to fruition. This has been heightened in the recent past by a host of takeovers and consolidation in our market. I’ve read a good deal of bad press recently surrounding the insurance industry’s poor response to claims and I wanted to thank Chubb and you and your staff at Vizion, my insurance broker, for the exceptional service I received in respect of a recent COVID-19 travel claim.
I sent Vizion the details of my claim yesterday and Chubb have settled the claim today, a turnaround of less than 24 hours from making the claim to getting the settlement into my bank account, simply exceptional customer service, thank you.
