Vizion Private Clients is a highly customer focused broker dealing with Private Client general insurance.
This area of the business has been my passion for more than 30 years. For the past 20 years I have been fortunate to run two of the leading insurance companies who specialise in this type of insurance: Chubb and AIG.
Chubb is the world leader and I was brought in to lead the launch of their award winning Masterpiece offering in 1996. We changed the whole face of the market by taking service and cover to a completely new level. Today insurers simply can’t compete unless they excel.
Building Vizion has been a dream for many years as I watched the service offered by most brokers deteriorate. That has been heightened in the recent past by a host of takeovers and consolidation in our market. Most brokers now try to squeeze every last penny of commission from their clients to prop up their balance sheets.
I’ve seen good and bad brokers at first hand but I haven’t seen many great brokers. That is why we launched Vizion. Vizion is all about exceeding our customer’s expectations and about bringing in the very best people to work alongside me. I have built a good reputation as one of the leading figures in our industry segment and won’t risk that by lowering my standards in any way.

Jonathan is a highly-respected industry figure who has unique skills and knowledge especially with the more complex risks with multiple homes and assets in the UK and around the world. George has a fantastic reputation in the market for the outstanding service he offers to clients. Jon manages all of the back-office Private Client servicing for us and also has a really good reputation with our insurer partners as a top-class operator.
