Vizion appoints a new Broking Director and welcomes two new Partners
Offering a unique operating model, Vizion, a boutique Commercial and HNW insurance broker, has today announced the appointment of Peter Robinson as Broking Director and Head of Commercial. Additionally, two new Partners have joined: John Paddock and John Shephard.
Peter Robinson, who joins from Gallaghers, Stackhouse Poland as was, will head up the Commercial business and will be responsible for the broking strategy across all areas of the business. Peter is a renown market figure with huge experience; his appointment represents a major step forward for the business to go to the next stage of the already impressive growth since 2017.
Peter Robinson was a main board director of Stackhouse Poland following their acquisition of his broker, RHB, in 2006. He became a key player in the huge success of the business including overseeing the integration of their largest acquisition, Lucas Fettes & Partners.
Robinson said “I’m thrilled to join Vizion. I have known John and Chris for more than twenty years and have watched with great interest as their business has developed and grown. It’s a fascinating business model and has certainly sparked the interest of the wider marketplace. I’m proud to be asked to join and feel my experience will help the business to move to a new level.”

Along with Peter Robinson, John Paddock joins from Hayes Parsons and specialises in HNW with a particular expertise in supercars. John Shephard joins from Ten where he was responsible for the HNW strategy. Both bring with them great knowledge and market expertise.
Vizion offers experienced market professionals with proven client bases and distribution the opportunity, in virtually any line of business, to become self-employed under the Vizion structure and brand. This latest expansion increases the number of Partners to eleven.
This expansion follows an exciting period for Vizion, which include its recognition by the wider industry and by winning the 2020 “Personal Lines Broker of the Year” award at the National Insurance Awards.
